I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology (Distinction) from the University of Glasgow, UK. My approach is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and collaboration, drawing from Adlerian Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

I speak both English and Arabic fluently, and I am committed to making therapy accessible and culturally sensitive for individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Before moving into psychology, I worked in the corporate sector, an experience that gave me valuable insight into workplace pressures and career-related challenges. This background now informs my work with individuals navigating stress, burnout, or uncertainty about their professional direction, as well as with organisations aiming to support employee wellbeing.

I believe in therapy that is honest, practical, and deeply human. Whether we are unpacking trauma, exploring identity and belonging, or addressing everyday anxiety, my commitment is to meet each person where they are, with warmth and respect.
