About me

I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology (Distinction) from the University of Glasgow, UK. My approach is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and collaboration, drawing from Adlerian Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

I speak both English and Arabic fluently, and I’m passionate about making therapy accessible and culturally sensitive for individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Before transitioning into psychology, I spent nearly a decade working in the corporate world. These experiences shaped my deep understanding of stress, burnout, and career-related challenges. Today, I work with individuals and organisations to foster mental wellbeing, healthy boundaries, and emotional insight.

I believe in therapy that is honest, practical, and deeply human. Whether we’re unpacking trauma, navigating identity, or tackling day-to-day anxiety, my commitment is to meet you where you are, with warmth and respect.
